This is Mr. Sorensen’s 2nd year teaching at Crowther, but he has taught for 13
years and definitely enjoys working here at Crowther. Like most teachers at Crowther, Mr. Sorensen enjoys playing many sports such as, Volleyball, golf, and Slo-pitch Baseball. He normally plays golf recreationally, he played volleyball in high school and also in a
competitive league in university and now he just likes to play for fun. Mr. Sorensen also plays Slo-pitch baseball every spring in the Strathmore league.

Jessica and I asked Mr. Sorensen what he would be doing in ten years; He smiled and replied with a simple, “Definitely the same thing!” But once he has retired he plans on traveling a lot. He likes the tropical, warm, vacation areas, so he told us he wanted to travel to the Caribbean and to places in Europe such as, Italy, France, and Greece.

If Mr. Sorensen was stranded on a deserted island, and only had three wishes they would be: to get off the island because he would probably get bored, to bring his friends and family so he could spend time with them, and last, to make the island his own village and name it after himself and be the King. Now if Mr. Sorensen could die his hair any color, it would probably be blond, just because he misses it so much from high school!

If you get to know Mr. Sorensen he can be a really good teacher, and a funny guy.
When you retire, we hope you have fun on the beach with your blond hair Mr. Sorensen!
