Mrs. Rogers is a science and math teacher, though her favorite one of the two, to teach is science. She says the kids are the best part of her job, she thinks it’s an awesome responsibility to be able to mold young minds. Mrs. Rogers also thinks kids are the best people to work with in the world. She doesn’t tell how long she has been teaching but I am sure there will be a long way to go.
Mrs. Rogers lives in Calgary but takes the drive out to Strathmore to teach the wonderful kids at CMJHS. If she could live any were in the world she said she would live in Vancouver, if there were no earthquakes. Mrs. Rogers lived in Medicine Hat Alberta when she was younger. When or if she wins one million dollars she would split it amongst her family and then take a trip some were nice and warm. Snow boarding, waking outside and hanging out with her husband and family are her favorite things to do out side of teaching. Her favorite holiday with out at doubt is Christmas and her favorite season is summer.
Mrs. Rogers' favorite books are, the Count of Monte Cristo and Pride and Prejudice, her favorite movies are shadow lands and a movie us kids would know, would be Pirates of the Caribbean. Mrs. Rogers say her most meaningful memory is when she had brain surgery and all of her family and friends were brought together to support her. If she could have anything she would want happiness and I think that is a great thing to want. |
