Ms. Gabriele Kuhrt has been teaching for the past 22 years. She went to school in Germany up to grade 9, then half way through that year she came to Canada, where she finished High School and went on to university for 5 years.

I was impressed that Ms. Kuhrt can speak French, English, German, and a little Spanish. Ms. Kuhrt can speak all these different languages yet her biggest fear is public speaking. I asked her what languages she liked better French or English and she said French because she spoke it first and she thought English was harder to learn.

Ms. Kuhrt has traveled to parts of Europe, Mexico, and the U.S. She said she liked going to Paris, France and climbing the Eiffel Tower.

Ms. Kuhrt’s number one pet peeve is being called “shorty”.  Her favourite season is winter because where she grew up they did not have snow. Her favourite food is pizza. I would like to send out a huge thank-you to Ms. Kuhrt for giving me the opportunity to do this interview.
