Stepping up to the tremendous line at the canteen, you order a chocolate bar. POOF!  There’s Mrs. Johansen! Alright, so she works in the canteen.  But who is Mrs. Johanson?  Besides the fact that she’s a positive, happy person does anybody really know her?  Her two children, Jace and Tacy could easily tell you that her favorite color is purple or that she likes dogs better than cats, but could they tell you that Mrs. Johansen thinks she’s most like chocolate milk because she’s sweet?  Inspired to work at the canteen because she enjoys working with kids, nobody really knows Mrs. Johansen.

Although everyday at the canteen isn’t as stressful as it seems (or so she says) Taco Salad in a bag days can cause quite a hectic lunch hour – being the canteen’s best seller.  Alternatively, veggie and fruit trays are only common among the teachers.  Wow, that’s a surprise!  If she wasn’t working in the canteen, Mrs. Johansen would love to be a chef.  However, she couldn’t ask for a better job than working in the canteen because of the time schedule and the people
