Mrs. Hardy has been a hard working custodian at Crowther for around 2 years. But what many people don’t know is that she has many interests outside of the school.

Firstly, she enjoys horseback riding, camping, and reading books by Stephen King.  Interestingly enough, she has some stories about our school after dark that would probably scare Stephen King.

Mrs. Hardy also enjoys curling in her spare time.  She loves curling because it's good exercise and it is the only time she gets to hang out with her friends.

Mrs. Hardy’s responsibilities extend past our doors.  She has four pets: a dog, and three horses. Seemingly an animal lover I asked her if she could be any animal, what it would be?  She answered that she would be a bird because then she could fly away.

The last thing I wanted to know was how we as students could make her job easier? She said she'd like it if the students would clean up after themselves and keep the desks clean.   Which if you think about it is not much to ask… we are supposed to be growing up right?  So now that you know a little more about the friendly face who picks up your mess, do her a favour… pick it up yourself!
