I think the 73.6% of people said yes because it is a freedom and a lot of students would want this all the time, just not as a privilege some times. But some think (18.6%) it should be only when you have free time. They might think this because it distracts them from their work and they can’t concentrate. But the other 7.7% think that there should be no music in school, and it is not needed. They might think this because they don’t like music.
