30% of the students in the school picked skating because it is usually a fun thing to do because you get to skate with your friends and you can also play hockey. Some students (9%) picked swimming. They might have picked it because it is fun swimming. Some might have not picked it because it’s swimming in the winter and it gets kind of cold and the swimming pool in town is a little small. The majority (55%) picked curling. This might have been because curling is a fun sport, and because it’s fun to slide on the ice. The least amount of people (6%) voted for dodge ball. This was probably because we play dodge ball every year, even in elementary school. Even the people who like dodge ball would pick something else like skating, swimming, or curling because they are usually a lot more fun.
