Third Article

Last time we issued a he said, she said article, we were discussing the topic of boys acting differently around their friends. This week we thought we would speak about the fact that girls need to know everything in the boyfriend’s life.

Scenario: You and your friend are having a private conversation whilst your girlfriend is standing on the side lines, waiting to hear all about it. You finish up what you are saying with your friend, and move on to your girlfriend. She keeps hounding you to know what he was saying. You get into an argument about how she’s smothering you too much.

He said: I think girls want to know way too much for their own good, you could say something completely not about them and they go and hound you for the answer. Or there is a big secret that only you and your best friend know then they go and just beg you to tell them. The only way to get them to stop is to leave because it is so annoying.

She said: I personally believe girls just want to know what’s going on in their boyfriend’s lives, because they already are so paranoid that they don’t want to jump to conclusions, so they feel the need to know the correct information. I agree that it really

is annoying when girls do that, although I have been accused of it. I believe that there should be some trust in the relationship, though… As in the boy should trust the girl and vise versa, but there are some things that should not be tampered with.

Tips:

He said:  If it is really important to find out the guys will tell you or if it is bugging them but the more and more you bug us the less we want to tell you so if you need to know keep your mouth shut.

She said: I believe that the guy should take charge, not be rude, but firmly tell your girlfriend that it’s just between you and your best friend. Tell her you would tell her if it was something seriously important, but for the time being, you need to keep it on the down low.
